Combine any of our famous Latin American Charcoal Skewers and traditional hand-crafted tapas with our beautiful & abundant grazing tables to indulge your guests letting them help themselves while our tapas and paella is cooked by our professional chefs in front of your guests.
Select the grazing table type, the number of skewers per person and the number of tapas that you can choose from our wide range of hand-crafted tapas, canapés and desserts from Spain, Latin America and all over the world (yes, desserts can also be included as part of the tapas package).
There are five types of skewers:
- Chicken Skewer
- Beef Skewer
- Chorizo Skewer
- Vegetable Skewer
- Prawn Skewer
There are two Grazing table options:
- The “Light” Grazing Table includes: Aged, soft, firm blue cheeses, bread, biscuits crackers, vegetables sticks, dips, fruit loaves, olives, antipasto, nuts, pickles, fresh dried fruits and cold meats
- The “Lot” Grazing Table contains: All of the above plus cured meats and seafood (eg. Sashimi, smoked salmon, prawns)
All our Sydney paella catering packages include your own private chef(s), and assistants/waitresses*, who will prepare and cook and serve all food at you home or venue of choice.
* Number of chefs and assistants/waitresses depend on the number of people in the order.
